I found Elvira through a friend. She walked with clients (me) at inital home showings and carried closing diligently. She negotiate at different point of the transaction with the seller agent to get the buyer credit on the purchase continually. She checks on details of initial paper work and follow up on closing paper work reviewing detailed documents before closing date. She also walk with clients (me) to ensure the property is sold as signed on the closing documents. I appreciate her, her clear communications, her work, her professional attitude and proactive ways of resolving issues. I am glad I found her from a friend recommendation.
