We decided to sell our home in March 2019 and thought Rex was a good idea. They listed us for 3 months in a contract and not 1 person put in serious interest. We even discounted our home. So we called up Elmer and Michelle whom walked the neighborhood prior and met all the neighbors in our area. They are extremely knowledgeable team. All my worries and concerns were handled immediately at any time. I honestly felt like they worked just for me. The process was even seamless and we sold and closed just when Elmer said we would.
